Use the lower section of your invoice to list style name, color and size you are returning.
Let us know the reason for returning the item and if you would like an exchange for a different style, color or size, refund back to your credit card or simply hold the funds for store credit for a future purchase.
You are responsible for return postage (unless there was a manufacturing defect). We do not accept CODs and will refuse the package.
However, any exchanges going back to the U.S. and it's territories will be shipped back to you free of charge.
WORN SHOES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for refund or exchange unless there was a manufacturing defect (broken heel/zipper, etc.). If a worn item is returned with no manufacturer defect, they will be sent back to you at your expense. When trying on shoes, please walk only on CARPET as other surfaces (ie. cement, asphalt, stone, etc.) will scuff and possibly damage the bottom of the shoes and make them unacceptable for return.
Returned items should be repacked and returned in the same condition they were sent. Do not use original shoe box as the shipping box, we will refuse the package.
Please return product inside original shoebox and also pack original shoebox inside a shipping box. Do not deface the shoebox (do not tape or write on etc...).
Be sure heels are facing away from each other when packed in shoebox. Use packing paper to separate shoes.
Discard any hard plastic shipping items as they could damage shoes during shipping.
Use rubber band around shoebox so that the lid stays intact and the shoes don't bounce out and get scuffed up.
Ship back through the shipping company of your choice; PARCEL POST through the USPS is your least expensive method.
Your original postage will not be refunded unless there was a shipping error (eg: wrong style or size sent) or the product was defective.
The return shipping cost of a defective product or incorrect order will be refunded up to $12 and $2 per additional pair.
